LIBOR Rate definition

LIBOR Rate means a rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher 1/100th of 1%) determined by the Administrative Agent pursuant to the following formula: LIBOR Rate = LIBOR 1.00-Eurodollar Reserve Percentage

  • The Interest Period then in effect (and the LIBOR Rate (as defined in this Agreement immediately prior to the effectiveness of Amendment No. 1) thereunder) for the Existing Term Loans of Non-Consenting Existing Term Loan Lenders and Post-Closing Option Lenders shall remain in effect for the Additional Tranche B-1 Term Loans following any such repayment.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Interest Period then in effect (and the LIBOR Rate (as defined in this Agreement immediately prior to the effectiveness of Amendment No. 4) thereunder) prior to any exchange of Existing Tranche B-2 Term Loans for Tranche B-3 Term Loans shall remain in effect following any such exchange.
