Lab EDI Services definition

Lab EDI Services means electronic connectivity services enabling an Automated Provider to send Transmittal Information electronically to an SBCL Lab and/or to receive electronically Transmittal Information from an SBCL Lab utilizing the Network.

  • SBCL will give access to its Trade Secrets relating to its provision of Lab EDI Services to those ActaMed personnel who have a need for such access and to no other Person whatsoever.

  • Nothing contained herein shall prohibit SBCL from engaging in or contracting with third parties relating to non laboratory related EDI transactions including but not limited to the following, as long as each of the following is not intended primarily as a connection from an Automated Provider to a network for the purposes of Lab EDI Services (or services related thereto): [*].

  • The Transfer Surveys shall solicit performance and service-related comments from the Automated Providers about ActaMed's provision of Lab EDI Services for each Region.

  • In this connection, ActaMed will (i) install software, and if necessary and appropriate and consistent with contractual relationships between SBCL and ActaMed, hardware, (ii) confirm set up thereof, (iii) confirm the ability after set up to successfully transmit and receive modem communications with the applicable SBCL Lab and that requisitions and results functionality is accurate, and (iv) provide competent and timely training to the Automated Provider's personnel regarding Lab EDI Services.

  • In no event shall the Performance Standards be less than the comparable Network maintenance and support standards and services ActaMed utilizes for or provides to its other customers receiving services comparable to Lab EDI Services.

  • SBCL shall obtain a signed agreement from such Provider for Lab EDI Services by ActaMed in the form of EXHIBIT II.B.2(b).

Related to Lab EDI Services

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Financial Services Provider means any Lender and any other provider of financial services or products;

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;
