Automated Provider definition

Automated Provider means a Provider [*] who or which, on the Transfer Date of the Region in which the Provider [*] is located, uses the SCAN Network to send clinical laboratory test orders to an SBCL Lab or to receive test result reports from an SBCL Lab.
