  • Moreover, the Funder is not contracting with or employing any HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers to carry out the terms of this Agreement.

Related to HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers

  • Skilled and trained workforce means a workforce that meets all of the following conditions:

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.
