Item Processing Services definition

Item Processing Services are the Services described in Schedule A and are also referred to herein as “Basic Services”.
Item Processing Services are the Services Fidelity will provide to Customer, and Customer will purchase from Fidelity, for their total requirements for Item Processing Services.
Item Processing Services means the Services Aurum will provide to Customer, and Customer will purchase exclusively from Aurum.

Related to Item Processing Services

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.
