Hosted Services definition

Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

Hosted Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Examples of Hosted Services in a sentence

• In addition, SPINWELL-GLU shall provide a special telephone number for the Customer to report critical Hosted Services Defects outside of BusinessHours.

• SPINWELL-GLU may, upon the request of Customer, provide support in respectof any problem that is not a Hosted Services Defect, but may charge Professional Service Charges in respect of such support.

• The rights and licenses hereby granted are non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, non- transferable, except as otherwise set forth herein, and will be fully paid up upon the Customer’s payment of the License Fee in accordance with the Schedule 1: Hosted Services Particulars.

• SPINWELL-GLU may also charge Professional ServicesCharges for all time reasonably spent and all expenses reasonably incurred by it in order to verify that a problem reported to it by Customer is not a Hosted Services Defect.

• The SPINWELL-GLU.Ware license provides the Customer with access to the SPINWELL- GLU.Console via the Internet and theCustomer’s specific SPINWELL-GLU.Engine or Engines which will be made available within the Customer’s environment as outlined in Schedule 1: Hosted Services Particulars below.

More Definitions of Hosted Services

Hosted Services means certain other services hosted by Vocera and/or its designee to which you and certain affiliates will be provided electronic access over the Internet for use in conjunction with the Software. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 2.

Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the Software and other services for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users as described in one or more written, sequentially numbered, statements of work referencing this Contract, including all Specifications set forth in such statements of work, which, upon their execution will be attached as Schedule A to this Contract and by this reference are incorporated in and made a part of this Contract.

Hosted Services means [name of hosted services][, as specified [in the Hosted Services Specification],] which will be made available by the Provider to the Customer as a service via the internet in accordance with this Agreement;

Hosted Services means the hosted services made available by OCLC which Institution may access pursuant to this Agreement. The Hosted Services are described in detail in the applicable Product Descriptions but do not include services (including API’s and the like) provided by third parties.
