Item of Work definition

Item of Work means an individual item of the Works specified in Column 1 of Schedule 2. Item of Work means an individual item of the Works specified or described in Section B of Schedule 3. Land means the land described as Xxx 00 xx XX 0000000 and known as 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Marulan NSW. Law means all legislation, regulations, by-laws, common law and other binding order made by any Authority.
Item of Work means an item of the Works as specified in Schedule 3. Just Terms Act means the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991.

Examples of Item of Work in a sentence

  • Major Item of Work - Any contract item (Pay item) for which the original contract amount plus authorized additions is more than 10% of the total original contract sum or $50,000 whichever is less.

  • Compensation for such increases or decreases shall be the same as for a Major Item of Work.

  • When the actual quantity of a Minor Item of Work increases more than one hundred percent (100%) of the original Pay Item quantity and the amount paid for, such item can be demonstrated as not representative of the true cost of the Work when considering the applicable unit price.

Related to Item of Work

  • Cost of work , in table above, shall mean the agreement amount of the work.

  • Period of Work means the time during which an employee is at the disposal of the employer;

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.
