IRB Debt definition

IRB Debt means Indebtedness of the Borrower arising as a result of the issuance of tax-exempt industrial revenue bonds or similar tax-exempt public financing.

IRB Debt means Indebtedness and other liabilities owing by any Loan Party pursuant to any IRB Document at any time.

IRB Debt means Indebtedness of the Company arising as a result of the issuance of tax-exempt industrial revenue bonds or similar tax-exempt public financing.

More Definitions of IRB Debt

IRB Debt means the Indebtedness evidenced by the Taxable Development Revenue Bonds, 1995 Series D issued by PEDFA on December 27, 1995 in the original aggregate principal amount of $4,400,000.
