Interest Payments definition

Interest Payments. With respect to any Purchased Asset, all payments of interest, income, receipts, dividends, and any other collections and distributions received from time to time in connection with any such Purchased Asset.

Interest Payments means any payments of interest in respect of the Notes.

Interest Payments. Interest on each Bearer Note will accrue from the Original Issue Date of such Bearer Note and will be calculated and paid in the manner described in such Bearer Note and the Prospectus, each as defined in the Agency Agreement, as supplemented by the applicable Pricing Supplement; provided, however, that interest in respect of any portion of a temporary Global Security for which Final Certification has not been made shall not be paid until Final Certification is received in respect of that portion.
