Interest Change Date definition

Interest Change Date means the day following the earlier to occur of (i) seven years following the date of this Agreement, or (ii) the date as of which the cumulative amount of Available Cash Flow distributed to the Limited Partners by the Partnership equals 200% of the total Capital Contributions of the Limited Partners.
Interest Change Date and “Note Rate” set forth in Section 13 of the Loan Agreement are hereby deleted in their entireties.
Interest Change Date means the date of any regularly scheduled adjustment in the interest rate on the Term Note.

  • The monthly payment will change after each Interest Change Date to an amount sufficient to repay the then unpaid principal balance of this Note in full at the then current interest rate, in substantially equal monthly payments over the balance of the amortization period specified above.
