Examples of Maturity Date in a sentence
The Original Agreement shall be amended with effect on and from the date of this Agreement as follows: in respect of section 4 (Maturity Date) of the Original Agreement, the words “September 1, 2023 (the “Maturity Date”)” shall be deleted and replaced with the words “February 15, 2024 (the “Maturity Date”)”.
Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, the Maturity Date of the Debentures shall be accelerated and the holder shall have the right to immediately convert all or any of its Debentures into Common Shares or to require the Corporation to immediately redeem in cash all or any of its Debentures.
Subject to applicable law, we are not required to give our consent to any withdrawal from the Account before the Maturity Date.

Interest will be payable in arrear on the Interest Payment Date(s) in each year up to (and including) the Maturity Date.
