Initial Customers definition

Initial Customers have the meanings given in subclause (3) of Clause 8;
Initial Customers means Customers of Vodafone that have a contractual arrangements for Services that are effective on the day immediately preceding the Effective Date and which are identified on Exhibit B.
Initial Customers means those customers that have contracts with NTTC as of the date of adoption of this General Resolution and who execute Initial Customer Contracts on or prior to the date on which the Metropolitan Government issues the Initial Parity Obligations under this General Resolution.

  • As a consequence of IAWC’s contractual violation, the Initial Customers, including Bolingbrook, have suffered damages, which includes interest on the amounts of the overcharges, in an amount believed to be in excess of $1 million for the period from January 1, 2009 to May 30, 2015.

  • ALWC’s failure to reduce the cost for the purchase of Lake Michigan Water for Bolingbrook and all Initial Customers by giving them the same Unit Charge calculation given to Plainfield as described above, for the period of May 30, 2015 to present constitutes a past material breach and is a continuing material breach of the Bolingbrook Lake Michigan Water Contract.


More Definitions of Initial Customers

Initial Customers means those customers that have contracts with NTTC as of July 1, 2001 and who executed Initial Customer Contracts on or prior to June 14, 2002.
