Information Security Incident definition

Information Security Incident means (i) any actual or suspected incident involving Seller Information System that may involve Buyer’s Sensitive Information, or (ii) any actual or suspected unauthorized access to, use, or disclosure of Buyer’s Sensitive Information.

Information Security Incident means an occurrence that (1) actually or imminently jeopardizes, without lawful authority, the integrity, confidentiality, or availability of information or an information system; or (2) constitutes a violation or imminent threat of violation of law, security policies, security procedures, or acceptable use policies.

Information Security Incident means (i) any actual or potential incident involving any Information System or equipment owned or controlled by Seller that may involve Buyer’s Sensitive Information, or (ii) any actual or potential unauthorized access to, use, or disclosure of Buyer’s Sensitive Information.

• Information Security Incident Management Incident Response Process - Each Party shall maintain a record of security breaches with a description of the breach, the time period, the consequences of the breach, the source of the reporting, and the main mitigation and recovery actions.

Information Security Incident means any allegation or suspicion held by or brought to the attention of an OTDA employee or Authorized Persons involving inappropriate or unauthorized access to, or disclosure of, Protected Information.
