Illinois Resident definition

Illinois Resident means an individual who resides in the State of Illinois and is considered to be a resident by the Illinois Department of Revenue or Illinois Secretary of State.

Illinois Resident means any United States citizen or lawful permanent resident alien of the United States who meets as least one of the following requirements:
