United States Citizen definition

United States Citizen shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.02.

United States Citizen has the meaning specified in Section 4.1(b).

United States Citizen means a "citizen of the United States" within the meaning of the Federal Aviation Act.

United States Citizen means a citizen of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

United States Citizen means a “citizen of the United States” as defined in Section 40102(a)(15) of Title 49 and as that statutory provision has been interpreted by the DOT pursuant to its policies.
