Geographic Service Area definition

Geographic Service Area or “Service Area” means an area as defined in Section 1345(k) of the Health and Safety Code.
Geographic Service Area means the area within the state of Oregon where a CME is approved to provide developmental disabilities services. The geographic service area for a CDDP is the county.
Geographic Service Area means the entire area in which a recipient is authorized to provide public transpor- tation service under appropriate local, state, and Federal law.

More Definitions of Geographic Service Area

Geographic Service Area means the geographic area within the county boundaries in which the CMHP operates.
Geographic Service Area means the geographic area over which a licensee is entitled to transmit signals pursuant to an FCC License or Underlying License. In the case of site-based licenses in the Educational Broadband Service and Broadband Radio Service, this area is bounded by a circle having 35 mile radius and centered at the stations’ reference coordinates, which was the previous protected service area to which incumbent licensees were entitled prior to January 10, 2005, and is bounded by the chords drawn between intersection points of the licensee’s previous 35 mile protected service area and those of respective adjacent market co-channel licensees.

Geographic Service Area means the stated primary geographical area served by an MCO. The primary area served shall be a radius of not more than 20 miles or more than 30 minutes driving time from a primary care office operated or contracted by the MCO.
