General Suspension definition

General Suspension means the termination of access to the ICE NGX Trading System and/or ICE NGX Clearing System for all Contracting Parties in relation to some or all Products, whether on a temporary or longer basis;

General Suspension means the termination of access to CDSX for all Participants in relation to some or all Services, whether on a temporary or longer basis.

General Suspension means the termination of access to the Exchange for all Customers, whether on a temporary or longer basis.

Examples of General Suspension in a sentence

• The Contracting Party must perform its Obligations to make delivery or take receipt of gas and Oil under the applicable PhysicalPhysically Settled Futures Transactions during any period of General Suspension.
