Examples of Franchising Authority in a sentence
The rights and remedies provided in this Agreement including without limitation the rights and remedies set forth in Section 6 of this Agreement, are cumulative and not exclusive of any remedies provided by law, and nothing contained in this Agreement shall impair any of the rights or remedies of the Franchising Authority or Company under applicable law, subject in each case to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Upon written request by the Franchising Authority and subject to Section 631 of the Cable Act, the Company shall promptly submit to the Franchising Authority such information as may be necessary to reasonably demonstrate the Company’s compliance with any term or condition of this Agreement.
As compensation for the Franchise, the Company shall pay or cause to be paid to the Franchising Authority the amounts set forth in this Section 4.1.
No acceptance of any franchise fee payment by the Franchising Authority shall be construed as an accord and satisfaction that the amount paid is in fact the correct amount or a release of any claim that the Franchising Authority may have for further or additional sums payable under this Agreement.
The Company shall notify the Franchising Authority at least thirty (30) days in advance of such changes.
