Rules of Procedure means the rules of procedure adopted by the Fund Council for the management of its own business, as originally adopted on July 16, 2010 and amended from time to time.
Minimum State of Charge means the minimum State of Charge that should be maintained in units of megawatt-hours. NERC:
Maximum State of Charge means the maximum State of Charge that should not be exceeded, measured in units of megawatt-hours. Merchant A.C. Transmission Facilities: “Merchant A.C. Transmission Facility” shall mean Merchant Transmission Facilities that are alternating current (A.C.) transmission facilities, other than those that are Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities. Merchant D.C. Transmission Facilities: “Merchant D.C. Statement of Objections has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(ii).
Venue means the premises as delineated and shown edged red in Annex A.
Base jurisdiction means the Member Jurisdiction, selected in accordance with Section 305, to which an Applicant applies for apportioned registration under the Plan or the Member Jurisdiction that issues apportioned registration to a Registrant under the Plan.
EEA State means a State which is a Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement;
Responding state means a state in which a petition or comparable pleading for support or to determine parentage of a child is filed or to which a petition or comparable pleading is forwarded for filing from another state or a foreign country.
rules of court means Rules of Court made under this Act and includes forms;
Original Jurisdiction means, in relation to an Obligor, the jurisdiction under whose laws that Obligor is incorporated as at the date of this Agreement or, in the case of an Additional Obligor, as at the date on which that Additional Obligor becomes Party as a Borrower or a Guarantor (as the case may be).
Non-Cooperative Jurisdiction means any foreign country that has been designated as non-cooperative with international anti-money laundering principles or procedures by an intergovernmental group or organization, such as the Financial Task Force on Money Laundering, of which the U.S. is a member and with which designation the U.S. representative to the group or organization continues to concur.
Notice of Objection has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).
Reciprocal state means a state other than this state in which section 507C.18, subsection 1, sections 507C.52 and 507C.53 and sections 507C.55 through 507C.57 are in force, and in which provisions are in force requiring that the commissioner or equivalent official be the receiver of a delinquent insurer, and in which some provision exists for the avoidance of fraudulent conveyances and preferential transfers.
Reference Jurisdiction means, in respect of the Reference Currency, the country (or countries of the currency block) for which the Reference Currency is the lawful currency.
Commissioners Court means Travis County Commissioners Court.
Supreme Court means the North Carolina Supreme Court.
said State means the State of Western Australia;
State minimum standards means minimum requirements
Execution Venue means the entity with which client orders, assets or securities are placed and/or to which the Company transmits Client’s orders for execution.
County means the county of Los Angeles or any public entities for which the board of supervisors is the governing body. (Ord. 2002-0040 § 1, 2002: Ord. 2002-0015 § 1 (part), 2002)
This state means the State of West Virginia.
Objections Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 1.02(d).
Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolution of Disputes set forth in Article 26;
Action or Proceeding means any lawsuit, proceeding, arbitration or other alternative resolution process, Governmental Authority investigation hearing, audit, appeal, administrative proceeding or judicial proceeding.
Sending state means the state from which a child of a military family is sent, brought, or caused to be sent or brought.
Dispute Resolution Procedures means the procedures outlined in Annexure A of the MSA Determination.
