Foreign Custody Manager definition

Foreign Custody Manager has the meaning set forth in section (a)(3) of Rule 17f-5.

Foreign Custody Manager means the Fund’s foreign custody manager appointed pursuant to Rule 17f-5 of the 1940 Act.

• The Foreign Custody Manager will provide amended versions of Schedule A in accordance with Section 3.2.5 hereof.
