Custody Account definition

Custody Account means each Securities custody account on Bank's records to which Financial Assets are or may be credited pursuant hereto.
Custody Account means any account in the name of the Trust, which is provided for in Section 3.2 below.
Custody Account means the custody account or accounts held and administered outside The Netherlands (including any cash account relating to any securities account) established on the books of the Custodian in accordance with the provisions of the Agency Agreement, which term shall include each cash account relating to each such Custody Account (if any).

More Definitions of Custody Account

Custody Account means the custody account established on the books of the Custodian in connection with the Notes in accordance with the provisions of the Custody Agreement.
