Food and Beverage Operations definition

Food and Beverage Operations means all Restaurant food and beverage services, whether performed inside or outside the Restaurant, including: (i) all restaurant, dining, bar, lounge, and retail food and beverage services; (ii) any other food, beverage, or related services of the Restaurant; and
Food and Beverage Operations means all food and beverage operations (including restaurants and banquet space) at the Property, including, but not limited to Bacchanal Buffet, Xx. Xxxx, Nobu Restaurant Las Vegas, Mesa Grill, Old Homestead Steakhouse Las Vegas, and Restaurant Xxx Xxxxx.
Food and Beverage Operations means the provision, distribution, or sale of food and beverages, or either of them, on any part of the Premises by Tenant or by a third party under contract with the Tenant. Food and Beverage Operations include but are not limited to catered events, the placement and maintenance of food or beverage vending machines, or any other means of distributing or selling food to persons on the Premises.
