Final Subdivision Map definition

Final Subdivision Map means a final tract map, parcel map, lot line adjustment, or functionally equivalent map or instrument that creates building sites, recorded in the County Office of the Recorder.

Final Subdivision Map means a final tract map, parcel map, or lot line adjustment approved by the City pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act (California Government Code Section 66410 et seq.) or a condominium plan recorded in accordance with California Civil Code Section 4285 that, in either case, creates individual lots for which building permits may be issued without further subdivision.
