Examples of Fee Application in a sentence
The Parties agree that Class Counsel may file a supplement to the Fee Application up to seven days (7) before the Final Approval Hearing to provide the Court updated information and/or to address issues raised in an objection.
Class Counsel will file its Fee Application no later than sixty (60) days after the Preliminary Approval Date.
Within seven (7) days after the Preliminary Approval Date, the Settlement Administrator will create the Settlement Website (xxx.XxxxxxxxxxXxxxxxxXXXXxxxxxxxxxx.xxx), which will include links to the Settlement Notice, the Settlement Agreement, the Claim Form, the Fee Application, Class Counsel’s contact information, applicable deadlines, and orders of the Court pertaining to the settlement.
As part of its Fee Application, Class Counsel will seek the Court’s approval of a “Service Award” of up to $5,000 for the Class Representative, to be paid from the Settlement Amount, for her time and effort spent conferring with Class Counsel, pursuing the Action in her own name, and recovering compensation on behalf of the Award Recipients.
Only Innovative Heights Class members who do not timely submit a valid Request for Exclusion may object to the Settlement Agreement, Fee Application, or any payment identified herein or related to this Agreement.
