Class Representative Service Awards definition

Class Representative Service Awards means an amount to be determined by the Court, but not to exceed $20,000 for each Class Representative, which shall be paid from the Gross Settlement Amount.

More Definitions of Class Representative Service Awards

Class Representative Service Awards means any award sought by Application and approved by the Court that is payable to the Class Representatives, up to a maximum total amount of three thousand dollars and zero cents ($3,000.00) per Class Representative to compensate the Class Representatives for their efforts in bringing the Action and achieving the benefits of this Settlement on behalf of the Settlement Class.
Class Representative Service Awards means the additional sum, as authorized by the Court, paid to each of the Class Representatives, as defined herein, in recognition of their role in the advancement of the Consolidated Action.
