Liquidity Provider definition

Liquidity Provider means each bank or other financial institution that provides liquidity support to any Conduit Purchaser pursuant to the terms of a Liquidity Agreement.
Liquidity Provider has the meaning assigned to such term in the recital of parties to this Agreement.
Liquidity Provider has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement.
