External Audit definition

External Audit means an appraisal activity established under the direction of an individual or entity outside of the subject agency to examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of:
External Audit means any audit of the licenceholder for the purpose of this Part, Part I of the Companies Act 1982 or any other statutory provision;
