Exposure Period definition

Exposure Period means the period commencing on a given Valuation Date and ending 45 days thereafter.

More Definitions of Exposure Period

Exposure Period on a Valuation Date means the period commencing on such date and ending 42 days thereafter, as such exposure period may be modified by resolution of the Board of Trustees and without amending the By-Laws of the Fund; provided, however, that the Fund shall have received confirmation in writing from the Rating Agency that any such modification shall not adversely affect such Rating Agency's then-current rating of the APS.
