Exhibit O. Exhibit O to this Agreement is the form for the Statement of Work and Notice to Proceed (which may be referred to as an “Exhibit O” or a “Statement of Work” or a “Notice to Proceed”) to be issued, at the discretion of Owner, for each segment or other designated portion of fiber optic infrastructure project that Owner wishes to engage Contractor to build under the terms of this Agreement. It is contemplated that Owner, at its discretion, may issue multiple Statements of Work over time under this Agreement, with this Agreement serving as the “master contract” and each Statement of Work serving as a scope of work that is subject to this Agreement.
Exhibit O is annexed hereto as Attachment D) makes express reference to the requirements set forth in 40 CFR Part 745 and contains the following requirements: • “All employees of the Consultant and of its subcontractors conducting Lead-Based Paint Abatement activities must be EPA certified Lead Abatement Workers under the direction of a EPA certified Lead Abatement Supervisor.” See Attachment C, § 1.1.6.

Examples of Exhibit O in a sentence

  • Each such report shall be addressed to the Depositor and each Other Depositor (if addressed) and signed by an authorized officer of the applicable company, and shall address each of the Relevant Servicing Criteria specified on a certification substantially in the form of Exhibit O to this Agreement delivered to the Depositor on the Closing Date.

  • Access Persons must obtain written pre-clearance from the CCO prior to giving anything of value that might be subject to the FCPA by submitting a pre-clearance form via the Compliance Portal or by submitting the form attached to this Manual as Exhibit O.

  • On the 360th day following the Closing Date, the Trustee or the Custodian on behalf of the Trustee shall deliver to the Seller and the Servicer an updated exception report showing the documents outstanding pursuant to Section 2.01(a) along with a final certification annexed hereto as Exhibit P from the previous certification issued in the form of Exhibit O.

  • The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received a certificate in substantially the form of Exhibit O from the chief financial officer (or other officer with reasonably equivalent responsibilities) of the Borrower dated as of the Closing Date and certifying as to the matters set forth therein.
