European Borrowers definition

European Borrowers means, collectively, the German Borrower, the Irish Borrowers, the Lux Borrower and the U.K. Borrower.
European Borrowers shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory statement to this Agreement.

More Definitions of European Borrowers

European Borrowers means, collectively, the German Borrower, the Irish Borrowers, the Lux Borrower and the U.K. Borrower. “Event of Default” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.01.

European Borrowers. The “European Borrowers” as defined in the preamble and any Designated Subsidiary organized under the laws of any country in the European Union (other than the United Kingdom) that has executed an Election to Partcipate and Designated Subsidiary Joinder in accordance with §6.23 and, subject to the second sentence of §6.23(b), until such Designated Subsidiary delivers an Election to Terminate.
