EU Model Clauses definition

EU Model Clauses means the (Standard Contractual Clauses (processors)) or any subsequent version thereof published by the European Commission (which will automatically apply). The Standard Contractual Clauses current as of the effective date of the Agreement are attached hereto as Appendix 4.
EU Model Clauses means the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection under Directive 95/46/EC, pursuant to the European Commission Decision of 5 February 2010;
EU Model Clauses means the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission on 04 June 2021 for the transfer of Personal Information from data controllers located in the European Union to data controllers or data processors established outside the European Union or European Economic Area.

  • The Data Controller agrees to exercise any right it may have to conduct an audit or inspection under GDPR (or the EU Model Clauses if they apply) by requesting the foregoing information.

More Definitions of EU Model Clauses

EU Model Clauses means the standard contractual clauses for Processors as approved by the European Commission pursuant to Decision C (2010) 593, as they may be amended or replaced from time to time.
