Examples of Environmental Law in a sentence
To the best of Seller’s knowledge, the Property is not in violation of any Environmental Law (as defined below) and Seller has no knowledge of (i) the presence on or about the Property of any Hazardous Materials (as defined below); (ii) any release or threatened release of any Hazardous Materials on or affecting the Property; or (iii) the existence of any underground storage tanks on or about the Property.
The term “Hazardous Materials” includes oil and petroleum products, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyl, radon and urea formaldehyde, and any other materials classified as hazardous or toxic or as pollutants or contaminants under any Environmental Law.
Each Party (the “Indemnifying Party”) shall at all times indemnify, defend, and save harmless, as applicable, the other Parties (each an “Indemnified Party”) from, any and all damages, losses, claims, including claims and actions relating to injury to or death of any person or damage to property, the alleged violation of any Environmental Law, or the release or SERVICE AGREEMENT NO.
Environmental Law shall mean Applicable Laws and Regulations relating to pollution or protection of the environment or natural resources.
