Engineering Consultant definition

Engineering Consultant means a person or firm that has the expertise in the engineering aspects of the type of system by which the withdrawn area is receiving service that is necessary to make the determination required under Subsections (5)(f) and (g).

Engineering Consultant means Stone and Webster Consultants, Inc.

Engineering Consultant has the meaning given to such term in the Loan Agreement.

• The Owner Participant, the Indenture Trustee and the Pass Through Trustees shall have received copies of the reports of the Engineering Consultant, the Insurance Consultant, and the Power Market Consultant, which reports shall be dated as of the Closing Date and shall otherwise each be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the recipients.
