Examples of Consultancy in a sentence
The Company may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement, except for Section II (Consultancy), without the consent of Employee, including without limitation to any corporation or other person or business entity with which the Company may merge or consolidate or to which the Company may sell or transfer all or a portion of its assets.
The Consultancy shall ensure that any such equipment and associated software will contain anti-virus protection, which will be kept up to date from time to time with the latest release.
The Consultancy will undertake to furnish the Client and Bright Purple Resourcing with any Project Progress Reports as may be requested from time to time.
Bright Purple Resourcing shall not be liable to pay the Consultancy for additional work done which has not been agreed by the Client.
The Client has no obligation to offer a contract extension and the Consultancy has no obligation to accept a contract extension.
