Except in the case of a Liquidity Drawing, on the date of payment by such L/C Issuer in respect of such drawing (each such date, an “Honor Date”), the Borrower shall reimburse such L/C Issuer, in the manner specified in the last sentence of this paragraph, in an amount equal to the amount of such drawing.
