Dividend Period definition

Dividend Period means the Initial Dividend Period, any 7-Day Dividend Period and any Special Dividend Period.
Dividend Period means, with respect to any Series, the Dividend Period for such Series set forth in the Appendix for such Series.
Dividend Period means the Initial Dividend Period and, thereafter, each Quarterly Dividend Period.

  • For dividend bearing accounts, the Dividend Period begins on the first calendar day of the period and ends on the last calendar day of the period.
