After the Initial Issue Date, subject to Section 3.3, the Issuer may issue, from time to time, and the Trustee shall authenticate upon receipt of an Authentication Order, Additional 2024 Notes for original issue.
The Trustee shall initially authenticate one or more Global Notes for original issue on the Initial Issue Date in an aggregate principal amount of up to $110,000,000 or otherwise to permit transfers or exchanges in accordance with Section 4.6 upon receipt by the Trustee of a duly executed Authentication Order.
