Dispute Board definition

Dispute Board. (DB) means the person or persons named as such in the SCC appointed by agreement between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor to make a decision with respect to any dispute or difference between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor referred to him or her by the Parties pursuant to GCC Sub-Clause 46.1 (Dispute Board) hereof.

Examples of Dispute Board in a sentence

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Dispute Board Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by institutional arbitration.

  • Each party to this Agreement shall appoint one member to the Dispute Board.

  • Whenever the Employer or the Contractor refers a dispute to the Dispute Board under Subclause 20.4 of the Conditions of Contract, which will require the Member to make a site visit and attend a hearing, the Employer or the Contractor shall provide appropriate security for a sum equivalent to the reasonable expenses to be incurred by the Member.
