Discounts definition

Discounts means the applicable discounted values and rates per litre of Goods supplied as submitted in the Tender in response to AQT3 and as set out in paragraph 2.52.4 of Framework Schedule 3 (Charging Structure); "Environmental Information Regulations" means the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant Government department in relation to such regulations;
Discounts means the discounts provided to you as set out in clause A of Schedule 2.
Discounts means all rebates and discounts set forth in this Agreement that may be earned by the Dialysis Center Purchasers pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, which shall be earned, calculated and vested as provided in this Agreement.

Discounts. Members of the bargaining unit shall receive a discount of twenty percent (20%) on all purchases in excess of five dollars ($5.00) made on items sold by the University Bookstore. This discount shall be available only for goods purchased by the bargaining unit member for his/her personal use or for the personal use of their immediate families. Abuse of this privilege shall be grounds for suspension of the individual bargaining unit member's privilege.
