Development Credit definition

Development Credit means an amount previously collected by the City as an off-site development levy or subdivision servicing fee, for which there is a record that the amount was collected or included as part of a sale price if purchased directly from the City.
Development Credit or “Credit” wherever used in the General Conditions, means the amounts payable by Uganda under this Indemnity Agreement, save as used in Section 9.01 of the General Conditions where it shall mean the Project;
