Deemed Contract means a contract which is deemed to have automatically been formed when we supply gas or electricity to your property where you have not actively agreed to a new supply of gas and/or electricity from us;

Deemed Contract means a contract for the supply of electricity or Natural Gas under Section 16A of the Energy (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1995.

These terms only apply if you are a domestic customer, micro business, or a small or medium enterprise (SME) customer, and using our electricity or gas services (or both) at your premises, without entering into a formal agreement with us for those services.

Handbook – means the Commission for Regulation of Utilities Electricity and Gas Suppliers Handbook 2019 (as may be amended from time to time); Initial Period – means the initial term of this Contract, being such term as shall be agreed by telephone between you and us and starts on the Commencement Date. Initial Period Termination Fee – has the meaning given to that term in Clause 11.9(e)
