A termination “Without Cause” is a termination of Executive’s employment by the Company for any reason other than those set forth in subsections (5.1) (Disability), (5.2) (Death), or (5.3) (For Cause) of this Section.
Death For Death, the “immediate family” includes father, mother, sister, brother, husband, wife, child, grandparent, step grandparent, grandchild, father-in-law, mother-in- law, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, stepson, stepdaughter, stepfather, stepmother, stepbrother, stepsister, step grandchild, any individual directly responsible for the rearing of the member or any dependent person in the immediate household.
A Payable on Death (P.O.D.) Account is an Account payable to the Account Holders during their lifetimes, and upon the death of the last Account Holder, ownership passes to the named P.O.D. payee(s).
Shelter Providers must develop policies and procedures for the tracking and reporting of incidents involving: • Abuse, suspected abuse, and reportable abuse including Adult Protective Services or Child Protective Services; • Acts of violence or sexual misconduct; • Death of participant and/or shelter staff; • Emergency situations that prompt evacuation; and • Substantial damage to the facility, or the discovery of hazardous material on shelter’s premises.
