Date of Grant definition

Date of Grant means the date on which the granting of an Award is authorized, or such other date as may be specified in such authorization.
Date of Grant means the date on which an Award under the Plan is granted by the Committee, or such later date as the Committee may specify to be the effective date of an Award.
Date of Grant means the date of grant specified in the Notice of Stock Option Grant, which date shall be the later of (i) the date on which the Board of Directors resolved to grant this option or (ii) the first day of the Optionee’s Service.

Examples of Date of Grant in a sentence

  • If the Participant is a citizen or resident of a country other than the one in which he or she is currently residing and/or working (or is considered as such for local law purposes), or if the Participant transfers employment and/or residency after the Date of Grant, the terms and conditions and information contained herein may not be applicable to the Participant in the same manner.

  • Until such time as you dispose of such shares in a manner consistent with the provisions of this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly authorized by the Company, you must hold all shares acquired pursuant to the Option in your name (and not in the name of any nominee) for the one-year period immediately after the exercise of the Option and the two-year period immediately after the Date of Grant.

  • You must promptly notify the Chief Executive Officer of the Company if you dispose of any of the shares acquired pursuant to the Option within one year after the date you exercise all or part of the Option or within two years after the Date of Grant.

  • Except as otherwise provided by Section 2, Section 3 or Section 4, the vesting of a Participant’s Award is subject to and conditioned upon the Participant’s continued Employment at all times during the period beginning with the Date of Grant and ending on the Vesting Date.

  • This Award is not effective unless signed by the Grantee and received by the Company’s Chief Human Resources Officer within thirty (30) days following the Date of Grant.


More Definitions of Date of Grant

Date of Grant means the date on which an Option is granted under the Plan.
Date of Grant means the date provided for by the Committee on which a grant of Option Rights, Appreciation Rights, Performance Shares, Performance Units, Cash Incentive Awards, or other awards contemplated by Section 9 of this Plan, or a grant or sale of Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units, or other awards contemplated by Section 9 of this Plan, will become effective (which date will not be earlier than the date on which the Committee takes action with respect thereto).

The term “Warrant” as used herein shall be deemed to include Other Warrants unless the context clearly requires otherwise.
Date of Grant means the date designated by the Committee as the date as of which it grants an Award, which shall not be earlier than the date on which the Committee approves the granting of such Award.
