Daily Amount means, in respect of a DMA and a Daily Calculation Period, the Daily Gain or Daily Loss for such DMA and Daily Calculation Period.

Daily Amount means an amount for each day or part of a day during which the breach continues.

Daily Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(b).

Examples of Daily Amount in a sentence

The Customer must notify and obtain written approval of KUB for any changes in the Scheduled Daily Amount during a month at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the proposed commencement of such change.

More Definitions of Daily Amount

Daily Amount means $100.00 per day as of December 31, 2000 adjusted thereafter by an amount determined by multiplying $100.00 by the percentage change in the CPI since December 31, 2000 to January 1 of the year that a written notice is delivered to the owner by the Municipality pursuant to section 24 herein;

Daily Amount means $500.00 per day as of January 1, 2019 adjusted annually thereafter to the amount calculated by multiplying $500.00 by the percentage change in the CPI since January 1, 2019, to January 1 of the year that a written notice is delivered to the Owner by the District pursuant to section 3.1 of this Agreement.
