CVC Funds definition

CVC Funds means funds or vehicles advised or managed by CVC.
CVC Funds means funds and/or vehicles managed or advised by CVC Advisers Company (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. and/or its affiliates from time to time or CVC Capital Partners SICAV FIS-SA and/or its affiliates.
CVC Funds means, collectively, CVC Capital Partners Asia V L.P., CVC Capital Partners Asia V Associates L.P. and CVC Capital Partners Investment Asia V L.P., and “CVC Fund” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Fresh Funds means funds that:

  • Program Funds means all funds that are required to be deposited into the Non-profit School Food Service Account.

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • BlackRock Funds and “Trustees of BlackRock Funds” refer respectively to the trust created and the Trustees, as trustees but not individually or personally, acting from time to time under a Declaration of Trust dated December 22, 1988, as amended, which is hereby referred to and a copy of which is on file at the office of the State Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and at the principal office of the Fund.   • Subsidy Funds With respect to any Subsidy Loans, funds contributed by the employer of a Mortgagor in order to reduce the payments required from the Mortgagor for a specified period in specified amounts.

  • Public funds means money belonging to the government.

  • Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.

  • Client Funds means money deposited by the Client in his/her Trading Account, plus or minus any unrealized or realized profit or loss, plus or minus any amount that is due by the Client to the Company and vice versa.

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.

  • Endowment fund means an institutional fund or part thereof that, under the terms of a gift instrument, is not wholly expendable by the institution on a current basis. The term does not include assets that an institution designates as an endowment fund for its own use.

  • Settlement Funds means Standard Settlement Funds and Maximizing Settlement Funds.

  • Excess Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(l) of this Agreement.

  • Program fund means the program fund established under section 12D.4.

  • Special Funds means, collectively, the Bond Fund, the Project Fund and the Collateral Fund, and any accounts therein, all as created in this Indenture.

  • Escrowed Funds Has the meaning, with respect to any Trust, specified in Section 2.02(b).

  • Funds means financial assets and benefits of every kind, including, but not limited to:

  • Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Current Funds means wire transfers, certified funds or cashier's checks in a form acceptable to the Title Company which would permit the Title Company to immediately disburse such funds.

  • Trust Funds means any cash comprised of (i) funds specifically and exclusively used for payroll Taxes, payroll and other employee benefit payments to or for the benefit of any Loan Party’s or its Subsidiaries’ employees, (ii) all Taxes required to be collected, remitted or withheld (including, without limitation, federal and state withholding taxes (including the employer’s share thereof) and (iii) any other funds (A) which any Loan Party holds on behalf of another Person and (B) which such Loan Party holds as an escrow or fiduciary for such Person.

  • Member Account means the regular account and the variable account.

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.

  • State funds means any funds appropriated by the North Carolina General Assembly or collected by the State of North Carolina. State funds include federal financial assistance received by the State and transferred or disbursed to non-State entities. Both Federal and State funds maintain their identity as they are disbursed as financial assistance to other organizations.

  • Private Fund means an issuer that would be an investment company as defined in section 3 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 but for Section 3(c)(1) or 3(c)(7) of that Act.

  • Investment Fund has the same meaning as in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;

  • Revenue Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.
