Examples of State funds in a sentence
Expenditures of state financial assistance must be in compliance with the laws, rules, and regulations applicable to expenditures of State funds, including, but not limited to, the Reference Guide for State Expenditures.
Where the Grantee acquires property in fee title or funds improvements to real property already owned in fee by the Grantee using State funds provided through this Grant Agreement, an appropriate easement or other title restriction shall be provided and approved by the State.
Reports shall be presented in the formats described in the applicable portion of Exhibit F, “Report Formats and Requirements.” The timely submittal of reports is a requirement for initial and continued disbursement of State funds.
The signing of this Agreement fulfills the requirement that providers receiving over $100,000 in Federal or State funds file with the Department with respect to this provision.
The Grantee shall apply State funds received only to Eligible Project Costs in accordance with applicable provisions of the law and Exhibit B, “Budget.” Eligible Project Costs include the reasonable costs of studies, engineering, design, land and easement acquisition and associated legal fees, preparation of environmental documentation, environmental mitigations, monitoring, and project construction.
