Customer Personal Data definition

Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

Customer Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed or used or intended to be used as part of a filing system by a Contracted Processor on behalf of a Customer pursuant to this Agreement;

Customer Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed as a Processor by BT in the context of providing the Services under this Agreement.

• SailPoint self-certifies to and complies with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks, as administered by the US Department of Commerce, and SailPoint shall throughout the term of the Agreement maintain its self-certification to and compliance with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks with respect to the processing of Customer Personal Data that is transferred from the European Economic Area and/or Switzerland to the United States.

• Customer agrees that SailPoint may engage Sub-processors to process Customer Personal Data on Customer's behalf.

• SailPoint will process Customer Personal Data only for the purposes described in this DPA and only in accordance with Customer’s documented lawful instructions.

• SailPoint shall implement and maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect Customer Personal Data from Security Incidents and to preserve the security and confidentiality of the Customer Personal Data, in accordance with SailPoint's security standards described in Annex B ("Security Measures").

• SailPoint shall use industry-standard strong encryption methods to protect data in transit and at rest as appropriate to the sensitivity of the data and the risks associated with loss; all laptops and other removable media, including backup tapes, on which Customer Personal Data is stored shall be encrypted.

More Definitions of Customer Personal Data

Customer Personal Data means any Personal Data that is processed by the Provider on behalf of the Customer in relation to the Agreement;

Customer Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by or on behalf of Bottomline on behalf of Customer under the Agreement.

Customer Personal Data means any Personal Data that is processed by the Provider on behalf of the Customer in relation to the Agreement, but excluding personal data with respect to which the Provider is a data controller;
