Customer Location definition

Customer Location means the city or unincorporated area of a county where the majority of the contacts between the taxpayer and the customer take place.

More Definitions of Customer Location

Customer Location means any location from which the Services are used by Customer from time to time. “Intellectual Property Rights” means any intellectual property rights whether registrable or not, including, without limitation, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, get up, inventions, designs, copyrights, confidential information, trade secret and related rights and know-how in them or licences to use any of them which may now or in future subsist anywhere in the world.
