Covered Unit definition

Covered Unit means any dwelling unit, including joint living and work quarters, and all housing services located in Oakland and used or occupied in consideration of payment of rent with the exception of those units designated in Section 8.22.030A as exempt.
Covered Unit means every residential housing unit or dwelling unit within or under the jurisdiction of the City of Emeryville except the following:
Covered Unit means a particular class of Employees (and the eligible covered dependents of the Employees under the Plan) who are covered under the Plan and indemnified by this Policy and identified in theunder Schedule. Items 6(e) or 7(f). A Covered Unit may be identified by company name, division, location or group.

Examples of Covered Unit in a sentence

  • During the term of this Contract, Buyer shall make monthly payments of [ * ] per Covered Unit for each calendar month beginning with the calendar month in which the Performance Start Date for such Unit occurs and ending with the calendar month in which a Unit is no longer covered under this Contract.

  • From the Performance Start Date for a Unit through the term of this Contract for such Unit, Seller shall provide Parts and Services necessary for the Planned Maintenance of the Covered Unit.

  • If Buyer makes the election to extend the term of this Contract with respect to a Unit, the term shall be extended until the completion of the second Major Inspection for such Covered Unit ("Extended Term"), but not more than thirty (30) years after the Performance Start Date for such Unit, and upon electing an Extended Term for the first Unit, Buyer shall purchase from Seller the additional Initial Spares described in Appendix __ at the prices described in such Appendix.

  • The first monthly payment due under this Contract for a Covered Unit shall be prorated by multiplying [ * ] by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such calendar month after the Performance Start Date for such Unit, including the Performance Start Date as the first day and the denominator of which is the number of days in such calendar month.

  • Buyer, at its option, may elect to extend the term of this Contract for each Unit individually by delivery of written notice to Seller not later than six (6) months prior to the date scheduled for the first Major Inspection of such Covered Unit, but in no event shall any such election be made more than twenty-four (24) years after the Performance Start Date for such Unit.


More Definitions of Covered Unit

Covered Unit means a Rental Assistance Program unit occupied by an AH-Assisted Household.
Covered Unit means all of the following:
Covered Unit means any “auto” provided physical Damage coverage as determined by the coverage symbols shown on the DeclarationsDeclaration Page(s).
