Court of Justice definition

Court of Justice means the Court of Justice of the Community established under Article 15 of this Treaty;
Court of Justice means the Court of Justice of the Community constituted under Articles 7 and 18 of this Treaty;
Court of Justice means the Administrative Office of the Courts, all courts, and all clerks of the courts;
